How Can We Help You?

Halalbakkwa.com currenly supports Visa, Mastercard, FPX, and direct bank transfer.

For direct bank transfers, please upload and share over proof of transfer.

Orders will be processed on successful remittance of payments into our bank account. 

  • Deliveries and shipping are next day after order is placed. For same day deliveries, please contact us for arrangements.
  • Delivery time is between 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) & 9am-1pm (Sat) with no time request available.
  • Delivery is not available on Sunday and Public Holiday.
  • Delivery limited to addresses within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, & Sarawak).
  • All deliveries will be carried out by our appointed third party logistic company.
  • Kindly ensure you and your receiver is contactable through Call or Whatsapp to facilitate smooth delivery of our delivery partner.
  • HalalBakkwa is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery as a result of any incorrect delivery information provided by purchaser, or purchaser/receiver being unreachable or absent during delivery.
  • Receivers are advised to check the order received on the spot to ensure no damage to the goods.
  • In the event where there is nobody to receive the order, your order will be returned to our kitchen (without refund).
  • Re-delivery within the same day or next day of initial failed delivery date is available upon request, with an additional delivery fee of RM30 borne by you.

Our products are prepared and manufactured by suppliers equiped with relevant certifications such as JAKIM Halal Certification. 

Products will have varying shelflife depending on environment. 

General guideline on storage and shelflife:
30-45 days if kept in room temperature unopened.
Up to 6 months in fridge unopened.
